hydrocyclones
CERAPROTECTION LLC carries out equipment repairs that make it possible to extend equipment service life, in some cases up to 5−7 years. For example, during the repair of hydrocyclone filters, the worn lining is replaced, and, if necessary, the hydrocyclone filter body components (chambers, cylindrical, and conical sections) are also renewed, which allows the equipment to be restored to its original specifications.
pulp distributors
A pulp distributor developed from scratch for a Kazakhstan’s coal processing plant. It is a three-flow version with three shut-off valves. The inner surface of the distributor is constantly subject to wear due to abrasive particles. That is why we are lining it from the inside with rubber-ceramic plates. Alumina ceramics protect the walls of the distributor, and rubber dampens the impact of particles on ceramics, preventing its premature damage. The plates are mounted on welded studs, which will further simplify the installation and replacement of the plate with a new one. Such plates allow you to keep the work surfaces intact without changing the entire equipment.
concentrator bowls
As part of the import substitution program, CERAPROTECTION LLC has mastered the production of concentrator bowls (analogous to FL Smidth). Unlike the original bowls, the CERAPROTECTION’s bowl is manufactured with ceramic lining based on aluminum oxide Al₂O₃ ≥ 98%, while maintaining the same weight and dimensional characteristics, which prevents bearing overload.
